Refund policy
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original box, with all accessories, manuals and parts included
- Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase
How to start a return
- Email us at admin@omniship.net with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We reply within 2 business days with your return authorization and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the returns address below. Please do not send items back without a return authorization.

Return shipping costs
- Change of mind: you pay the return shipping cost. We recommend a tracked shipping service.
- Defective, damaged or wrong item: we cover the return shipping cost. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will send a replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days to your original payment method, for 100% of the item price. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show the refund.
Shipping is free on all orders, so there are no shipping charges to refund.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return it under this policy and place a new order for the item you want.
